x4A offers 3D printed products, downloadable digital files, laser engraved products, UV printed items, and custom creations. These terms apply to purchases from x4a.shop, operated by x4A . Nothing in these terms limits your rights under applicable consumer law.
2. Product descriptions and variations
Please review each listing before purchasing, including dimensions, materials, compatibility, personalization options, and whether the item is physical or digital.
3D printed items may show visible layer lines. Engraved and printed products may vary slightly due to material grain, texture, and the production process. Screen settings may also affect how colors appear. These variations do not excuse defects or substantial differences from the product description.
3. Orders and payment
Prices and currency are shown in the shop. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are displayed before checkout. Payment is required before production or delivery unless agreed otherwise in writing.
If an item becomes unavailable or a listing contains a significant error, we will contact you to arrange a correction or cancellation. We will refund any payment for items we cannot fulfill.
4. Custom and personalized orders
Customers are responsible for providing accurate personalization details, including spelling, dates, sizes, and artwork. If a proof is provided, production begins after approval.
Changes requested after approval or after production begins may involve additional charges, which require your agreement. Errors made by x4A will be addressed at no additional cost.
By submitting artwork, logos, or other content, you confirm that you have permission to use it and authorize x4A to reproduce it to fulfill your order.
5. Digital files and licensing
Digital listings contain downloadable files; no physical item will be shipped. File formats and any known software or equipment requirements are stated in the listing. Please check compatibility before purchasing.
Unless the listing expressly includes a commercial license, files are licensed for personal, noncommercial use only. You may use them to create items for yourself or as gifts, but may not sell the files or products made from them.
You may not share, redistribute, sublicense, or resell the files, including modified versions. Purchasing a file does not transfer ownership of its copyright. Any commercial use must follow the specific license supplied with the purchase.
Results may vary depending on equipment, materials, settings, and user experience. Contact us if a supplied file is corrupt, missing, or does not match its description.
6. Processing and shipping
Processing times are stated in the listing or agreed upon for custom orders. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.
If we cannot ship within the promised timeframe, we will contact you with an updated estimate and any required cancellation or refund options.
Please provide an accurate delivery address. Contact us promptly about address corrections, missing packages, or shipping damage so we can help resolve the issue.
Any applicable import duties or customs charges are handled as disclosed at checkout and required by law.
7. Cancellations, returns, and refunds
For standard physical products, we have a no return policy.
Contact us as soon as possible to request cancellation. Custom or personalized orders generally cannot be canceled or returned for a change of mind once production begins, except where required by law.
Digital downloads generally cannot be returned for a change of mind once supplied, where permitted by law and after any required consent or acknowledgment has been obtained.
These restrictions do not remove your rights if an item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or not as described. Contact us with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos where relevant. We will arrange an appropriate remedy under applicable law.
8. Product use and care
Use products according to their descriptions and any provided care instructions. Unless expressly stated in the listing, products are not represented as food-safe, dishwasher-safe, suitable for high heat, or intended for safety-critical applications.
9. Intellectual property
Original x4A designs, files, photographs, and branding remain the property of x4A or their respective rights holders. Buying a physical product does not grant permission to reproduce its protected design or use x4A branding.
